Demand that Congress pass the Term Limit Legislation Act which mandates members of Congress serve a four year term only

This petition is to require Congress to pass a law mandating a four year term of office upon themselves with an elected second term of four years... Just the same as the executive position of president. This will put an end to "career politicians" .. New thought will happen and Congress will become once again a branch of government that actually gets things done in a constructive manner rather than endless stalemate... This petition is grossly needed for our country to heal itself... enough said...
