Put forth to Congress a constitutional amendment limiting Senators to 2 terms and Representatives to 6 terms thus limiting all members of congress to 12 years of service.
Also, this amendment should remove the lifetime salary perk that members of Congress get. Once they are done serving, they should no longer be on the government payroll.
