The Postal Acountability and Enhancement Act of 2006 burdened OUR postal service with an onerous multi-billion dollar mandate so Congress could STEAL tens of billions from the Postal Service Retirement and Health Benefits Fund. In doing so, Congress hobbled our USPS to make it SEEM uncompetitive with their FedEx, DHL, and UPS donors. Ben Franklin was our first Postmaster General in 1775. Don't let Patrick Donahoe be our last in 2013.
