We petition you to call upon Congress to stop giving themselves loopholes to laws they pass that apply to the rest of Americans. Insider trading must not be allowed. It is absolutely unethical and creates a conflict of interest when our elected officials are using insider information to buy and sell investments. Congress should not get a pass on performing the very activities that would result in the people they represent going to jail. By not putting an end to this, public service by our representatives really amounts to nothing more than self service.
