A full Congressional investigation into the actions and possible deceptions of key members of the Bush administration which led to the invasion of Iraq in 2003. These key members include: George W. Bush, Richard Cheney, Donald Rumsfeld, Condoleeza Rice, Colin Powell, and Paul Wolfowitz. The investigation should include a full and independent audit of their financial records from September 2001 through January 2009. If it is found that they deliberately lied and/or gained financially from manipulating the public into going to war with Iraq, they should be subject to criminal charges and, if deemed necessary, remanded to the World Court at the Hague to face prosecution for war crimes.
