The House Select Committee on Benghazi has operated as a political arm of the RNCC since its inception. This needs to be investigated, adjudicated and appropriately dispensed. Taxpayers should be refunded the amount of the committees expenditures and appropriate punishment levied on House leadership and the committee's Chair.
