The country of Ghana is a leader in the democratic movement in Africa. However, the government has failed to participate in child support enforcement treaties already held by Australia, Canada, Ireland, Czech Republic, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovak Republic. We the people of the United States should demand that the country of Ghana stop harboring fathers who have children here and fail to pay legally required child support.
