demand the creation of stiff laws to curb corruption in law enforcement which include stiffer jail sentences.

Created by C.B. on November 24, 2012

Anyone involved in the legal system including police officers, judges and lawyers should face the full extent of the law in cases which deal with corruption, violation of civil liberties, tampering of evidence, and/or false accusations. Settlements should not involve releasing an individual or a jurisdiction from wrong doing, and anyone in the legal system involved should be investigated of wrong doing even if a settlement is reached.
Furthermore, anyone in the justice system who knowingly convicted or attempts to convict an individual for a crime they did not commit should face lenthy jail times regardless of how much time has passed.
Individuals who betray the justice system should not have the safety net of hiding behind settlements, administrative leave, or a statute of limitations.
