demand that Delaware North forfeit its trademarks on Yosemite's site names and return them to the National Park Service

Created by D.B. on March 08, 2016

Delaware North Companies have trademarked the names of several iconic sites in Yosemite, forcing the National Park Service to change the signage and dispose of all souvenir merchandise bearing these names. This is a waste of taxpayer dollars, but more importantly, it is a blatant theft of our national heritage. Delaware North should be held accountable, and should not be permitted to manage any other national parks and federal properties. We call on the President to add his voice the outcry, and increase pressure on Delaware North to return these trademarks to the National Park Service.
