Demand that the Department of Energy investigate Ammonia and Hydrogen Peroxide as Alternative Liquid Fuels.

Created by W.H. on January 31, 2013

This Post Oil Era is now more than 30 years old with no prospects of a clean, manufacturable replacement fuel substitute for gasoline or diesel fuel. We the People demand that a dedicated and formalized Program be initiated within the Department of Energy, however, outside the influences of the fossil fuel industry. Both Ammonia and Hydrogen Peroxide chemicals are known for being non-hydrocarbon fuels and producible without the onerous environmental impact inherent to petroleum distillation. Federal sponsorship of an alternate liquid fuels program is essential to countermand the oppressive control that the petroleum industry exerts on "clean energy". Fracking and Arctic Ocean oil exploration are examples of "Big Oil's" desperation to produce hydrocarbon energy. The time has come!
