i am petitioning the federal government to stop the fraud, abuse, and unlawful and unethical acts of State DHR entities, who are neglecting and placing our children in danger, lying, denying due process of law, abusing federal funding, and refusing to comply with federal law. DHR is without a doubt the single most failed and dysfunction agency in existence. I have witnessed lies, fraud, abuse, denial of due process, obstruction of justice, corruption, and more, all while at-risk infants have suffered neglect and endangerment for a year now, and even the State Governor and Attorney General refuse to comply with the law. God help us all when we have a government who destroys our children.
