We the People hereby demand the current administration explain publicly, the purchase of 4000 MRAP (Mine-Resistant Ambush Protected) vehicles. These vehicles are heavily armored explosive resistant vehicles typically used in a war zone to transport troops where the risk of IED's (Improvised explosive devices) is high.
