....cost effectiveness, bulk transactions, potential escalations/unknown threats or whatever reasons the departments see in building a stockpile over 5 years that is already at a 20+ year surplus for domestic purposes. There is no excuse for why these agencies are being provided with such a surplus while our first line of defense (The US BORDER PATROL) is taking budget cuts and is no longer paying their agents over-time for protecting our borders from human trafficking, drug cartels, illegal entry, etc.
The US is notorious for spending/wasting money and assets on projects. We want to see our taxes and government surpluses pay for security in the right areas and not SPENT on wasteful transactions such as what these agencies deem necessary. Please address.
