SimCity is arguably one of the greatest computer games in U.S. history. By allowing players to design the cities of their dreams, it provides the basic building blocks of another dream... the American dream.
Electronic Arts, the publisher of SimCity, has only released SimCity to PC users. By withholding this dream-creating game from Mac users, Electronic Arts is proclaiming that it views Mac users as second-class citizens.
This is America. And in America, computer users from every walk of life (except for Linux users) should be allowed access to those tools that will build a better and brighter city. It’s time for computers users everywhere to stand together (except for Linux users) and demand freedom.
It’s time to demand that Electronic Arts release SimCity to Mac users now.
