The members of Congress, Senate and Presidential administration should be required BY LAW to be certified yearly in advanced economics and budgeting. The courses they would need to pass shall be selected, monitored, and evaluated by the people. If they should fail these certifications they will have NO vote in the use of our nations TAX money. This will ensure every leader who decides on the use of our TAX money is competent and up to date on the effects of their decisions. The lack of proper spending and saving demonstrated by our leadership shows they lack the knowledge and/or ability to balance a checkbook let alone the assets of the United States.
