The Federal Government has expended millions of dollars because of her mistaken use of a private email server while serving as US Secretary of State contrary to State Department procedures and policies. The People of the United States should not be held financially responsible because of her mistake in setting up and using a private email server to receive and transmit official, and classified documents. The Federal Government should use all legal means to recover all cost from Mrs. Clinton and other parties.
