This Petition, is a request to order the United States Department of Justice or Request of the Ohio State Department of Justice to further investigate the involvement of students in the Rape and Documentation of the atrocity. Also these Government offices should also further investigate and prosecute the parents, coaches, teachers, School, and Public Officials who were involved in the following cover up.
