If the country is subject to the Affordable Care Act (aka Obamacare) then everyone in the country should be subject to the laws. It is HYPOCRITICAL that Congress is getting waivers, after they forced it upon a country that didn't want it. Especially when most didn't even read what they voted for. Congress should live through the laws they pass. If that was the case, bad laws wouldn't get passed.
