Demand the Independence of the States West of the Mississippi River from the Union of States

For too long, We The Citizens of these States West of the the Mississippi River have suffered weak and power-hungry MEN and WOMEN in Congress. Are you people unaware that you government reforms and economical policies consume the work of fifty million Citizens of this Union? We Demand that you grant us Independence as peacefully as possibly.
