The Federal Government needs to step in and “STOP” the thieving Internet, Cable, and Cell Phone providers from charging billions of dollars a year in hidden fees to the American people.
Make their Contracts and Statements CLEAR and easy to read and understand.
Eliminate “Fine Print”. Use a font no smaller then “10 Arial”.
Explain “ALL” associated fees before having someone sign anything.
These providers are stealing Billions of Dollars every year from the hard working Americans who are already struggling to make ends meet and so far the federal government is doing NOTHING about it.
“STOP” the deception and cramming of hidden fees.
People have chosen to use cell phones over landlines and the service providers know that and they are taking advantage of people.
