I am innocent.
I was arrested by Timothy Palchak on Feb 15, 2008. Palchak charged me with USC 2422, using interstate commerce (yahoo char) to entice a minor decoy, which Palchak himself played the decoy. There exist serious constitutional violations throughout my criminal prosecution. The civil case is filed in the wake of these violations.
