We ask that Barack Obama and the United States demand that Israel stop all attacks on the Gaza Strip, vacate the intrusive Israeli settlements in the West Bank and Gaza Strip, and immediately open these areas to free trade with outside areas. Israel has been effectively blockading the Palestinian territories for the past 5 years, which is a violation of free trade and economic equality. Additionally, we request that the government of the United States recognize Palestine as a sovereign nation.
