Women soldiers now make up about 20% of our armed services. These women faithfully serve when and wherever they are ordered yet over 19,000 of them have been subjected to sexual abuse by other soldiers. The President must demand that the Joint Chiefs of Staff order Commanders to investigate and prosecute all perpetrators of these crimes and remove them to a special battalion until they are cleared or sent to jail.
