With military, finance, & government corruption at an all time high, the executive branch has been doing the opposite of adhering to the Constitution and its Amendments. It sells itself to the highest bidder, runs foreign operations that work against its own sovereignty, and rewards criminal enterprises masquerading as banks, technology, and communications companies. Certainly "organized crime" in the traditional sense has been replaced by a "deep state" of powerful allies manipulating markets, harvesting citizens' information, and crafting mainstream media propaganda disguised as real news. The journalists who report wrongdoing must be legally protected to insure our children's future does not devolve into a hegemony of further control. This is the president's duty.
