A hawthorne county police deputy wrongfully detained a man who was legally video taping police activity. while he was being detain his dog decided to investigate. The police deputy than tried to grab the dog thus provoking it than when the dog jumped up he shot the dog sending it running the other way when he shot it 3 more times
