Federal Border Patrol agent Brian was murdered as direct result of an irresponsible gun running program named 'Fast & Furious'. If evidence shows that this was a coordinated effort by ATF to promote stricter gun regulations, those who are found to be part of this effort should be held accountable for Agent Terry's death under US Code - Section 241: Conspiracy against rights.
The rights guaranteed to all US Citizens under the Constitution are sacrosanct. Therefore, we the undersigned, demand a federal investigation for evidence of violations of US Code Section 241 by members of the ATF and held responsible for all of the deaths caused as a result of 'Fast & Furious'; particularly Border Patrol agent Brian A. Terry and face penalties commiserate with those crimes.
