Demand justice for Stephani Merrell, and preservation of Indiana citizens rights.

Created by S.M. on February 18, 2016

Preservation of not only our Constitutional rights, but our human rights; have been an overlooked, dire factor that has gone unaddressed, for far too long. This happened to be the case on July 30, 2015 for Registered Nurse Stephani Merrell, who was the victim of a hainus encounter with law enforcement. What began as a simple traffic stop, with her zero priors, and full compliance within the Indiana State law; Never did she imagine the scenario would result in her being incarcerated. The charge? Refusal to idenify. The scenario, a Honda CRV loaded down with secured pallets, and a purse wedged underneath her seat, and a disgruntled officer. After placed in handcuffs, her vehicle was searched, and her license was sent with her; yet her purse, credit cards, and cell phone, was left in the car
