Demand late voting for the 1000s turned away in 6 counties during the Illinois democratic primary due to ballot shortage

Created by H.S. on March 25, 2016

In Sangamon, Adams, St. Clair, Effingham, Champaign, and Madison counties, thousands of voters were turned away due to ballot shortages, despite there being required 115% the amount of registered voters in ballots. Lisa Madigan appealed an injunction in Adams County to allow late voting, her concerns were tantamount to saying one shouldn't be allowed to vote once an election is called with people still in line, and is insult to injury.
