Demand Legislation that No State can receive more Federal Dollars than it collects in Federal Taxes

Since the Republican Party is all about cutting spending lets see them put their money or lack of money, since many of the Southern Red States are subsidized by the Federal Government. Force them to defend how those states like Alabama and Mississippi receive far more in funds from the Federal Government than they contribute
