We know what the democrats and republicans want to cut that affects the American people. However not one word is mentioned about cutting the bloated, often grotesque sense of entitlement that Congress gives itself, at the expense of the tax payers. They will preserve their generous status quo for themselves.
• We the People have allowed ourselves to become separate, not equal to the legislators that voted to give themselves > automatic < pay increases, and other entitlements.
• Voter referendums in each state that would limit the legislature to no more no less benefits for service in congress and the same age for retirement benefits to begin. •None paid to convicted felons.
• All pork barrel requests need to be done separate from every bill in legislation.
