Senate Majority Leader Mitch McConnell has refused to comply with Article II Section 2 of the US Constitution, by trying to block President Obama from replacing US Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, following his death.
Senator McConnell swore a Congressional Oath to uphold and defend the Constitution, which he is now in breach of. According to Executive Order 10450, Senator McConnell is committing a Federal Crime, punishable by; removal from office, imprisonment and or fine. We the people, demand that Senator McConnell comply with the law or be removed from office.
