I am aware there is an existing petition for this, however, US needs to outright declare war on Mexico if they do not turn over Jon Hammar, Jr. in 7 days of demanding him be turned over.
Jon provided documentation on that shotgun, broke no laws, and is being punished by a corrupt government in Mexico that has no business or right incarcerating him.
