We ask our government to assist us in obtaining a refund for 50% of the purchase price to any Xbox Live customer that has purchased the Xbox One game, Halo: Master Chief Collection. This game was released for purchase to the general public on November 11th, 2014 and the developers have still failed to provide any logical or reasonable fixes for an extensive list of issues that impede player from using or playing the game as it was intended. Only half of the game functions semi-properly so therefore we ask that the Microsoft Corporation, Xbox Live, and 343 Industries (the developer) to refund 50% of the purchase price.
