The American Taxpayers have waited too long for our Government representatives to agree on a budget. I propose that the Senate and House of Representatives remain in session until there is a passed budget. If there is not a passed budget agreed upon by all members of the elected government by 31 December 2012, then all pay for all Federal elected officials would be forfeited to help pay off the national debt. If a budget is not passed, our elected officials apparently are not doing the job they were hired to do. If any other American taxpayer were not doing their job, they would be fired and not payed.
