The Independent Foreclosure Review has been an abject failure by their willingly, lame regulator 'The Office of Comptroller and Currency'. Roughly 7 million Americans (since 2006) had their homes foreclosed on and have been evicted from their homes, not speculators, families. We have a constitutional right to defend our property from theft. We need to ensure that local courts adhere to the rule of law and due process of law. It is wholly unconstitutional to give leeway to major corporations over issues that disrupt the protection of the rule of law and due process. The banks are given EVERY professional courtesy, for years. Enough. Demand the same justice for a family that paid for the bank bailouts. Demand justice and TRANSPARENCY of the banks handling of their own, outrageous bad bets.
