Demand a penalty tax on corporations that outsource labor to foreign countries.

Large corporations have been following the very damaging trend of outsourcing labor to foreign countries at an epidemic rate. The cost of such outsourced labor is in many cases, a mere fraction of the cost here in the U.S.
The practice is robbing Americans of good wages and jobs. We have minimum wage in the U.S. for a reason. The practice of outsourcing labor to foreign countries is clearly a loophole and a way for corporations to dodge the minimum pay requirements set by the Government. Taxing the outsourced labor of these corporations, or simply enforcing very penalty taxes for engaging in these practices, will give these corporations more incentive to hire Americans. Create revenue for the government. And most importantly, bring our much needed jobs back to the U.S.
