Donald Trump has publicly denied human caused climate change countless times and has threatened to cancel the Clean Air Act, Paris Climate Agreement, and to effectively dismantle the EPA. Over 64% of Gallup polled Americans say they fear climate change (U.S. Concern About Global Warming at Eight Year High, L. Saad and J.M. Jones, 2016) and over 97% of scientists support its veracity (Consensus on consensus: a synthesis of consensus estimates on human-caused global warming, J. Cook et al., 2016). Its time for President Elect Donald Trump to recognize this overwhelmingly concerning environmental problem, just as the majority of Americans do.
