We the undersigned respectfully ask the White House to demand the criminal prosecution under California Penal Code Section 12403.7 (a) (8) of Lieutenant John A. Pike for his egregious act in pepper spraying peaceful and nonthreatening demonstrators on Friday, November 18, 2011. As well, we ask that the White House demand the firing of Lieutenant Pike since he obviously cannot be counted on to protect the public as an officer of the law.
