During his recent appearance of the Piers Morgan Tonight, Alex Jones was supposed to be debating gun control. Over the course of their 15-miunte "debate," Mr. Jones exhibited numerous behaviors that could possibly be symptomatic of an underlying mental health disturbance (e.g., erratic speech, aggressive tone, and delusions of persecution). It seems to me that it is not an unreasonable request to ask that someone exhibiting bizarre behavior on national television have to prove he is not suffering from any serious mental illnesses. As such, I suggest that Mr. Jones be subject to a psychological evaluation prior to his next attempt to purchase a firearm.
