We the people ask the federal government to Call on Congress to act on an issue:

Demand PUBLIC SCHOOLS to never demean or stigmatize any child because their parents refuse to pay or provide Lunch.

Created by M.M. on September 22, 2016

EVERY SCHOOL Receiving Any Funding From THE UNTIED STATES of AMERICA
MUST ensure that ANY reminders
and actions for payment of outstanding student meal balances never demean or stigmatize any child. Every child should also have the right to a hot lunch equal to their peers whether or not they can pay whatever particular day.

Schools in the U.S. are allowed to use reminders and methods
that are having a negative effect on a Students mental
and physical health. Some of these methods are
intentionally humiliating and are changing the way a
student perceives themselves in relation to their peers.
Some will be able to overcome this and some will
carry it on for years. These methods should stop
immediately. There is no respectable way to refuse lunch to any child.
