We the people of the United States have duly elected officials within both branches of Congress who have utterly failed to perform their Constitutional duty. They have neglected to pass a budget and continue to spend well past any possible revenue.
Therefore the people petition for a full recall of congress and seek to bar any incumbent from seeking office for four years.
We further seek elections for all vacated seat within 90 days.
