In 2011 a man known only as "redBeard" created a prototype for a 2-player Endless Runner video game titled "Awkward Pants and Flappy Plane". The game consists of one player who controls a paper airplane which controls quite awkwardly as you might expect from the title of the game. The second player controlled the runner, whose only means of controlling his speed was to run into objects that cause his pants to fall down.
Naturally, much hilarity ensued.
We the people, respectfully request that you convince congress to enact legislation to require Mr. "redBeard" to develop the prototype into a full game and release it accross various video game reseller platforms.
