We The People are tired of the resources spent on prohibition of cannabis/hemp. Too many people are sitting in a cage for nothing more than possessing a plant. It's time for the Administration to do something about this.
All of the people who are sitting in a cage currently, for possession, cultivation, transportation etc., should be granted a presidential pardon and set free. The stigma associated with a felony conviction for those who have never harm anyone is not only a drain on society but is also a drain on the economy of America.
