The continuous infighting, delaying, and games has led to another year without an on time straight budget, among other things. If any American did this at their job as long as this has been going on we would have been fired. This country needs a fresh start and a new congress is where this start should begin. All 535 voting members should be stripped of their title, benefits, and all responsibilities and a new election held for their replacements.
