We petition the Obama Administration to demand the resignation of Chief Justice Roberts, Justice Scalia, Justice Kennedy, Justice Alito, and Justice Thomas. In their majority ruling on McCutcheon v. Federal Election Commission, they moved well beyond Citizens United, and have surrendered our democratic process to Plutocrats. In doing so they have violated the public trust. If they refuse to step down, we petition for a call for impeachment of the aforementioned justices in Congress.
Beyond the justices, we petition the Obama Administration to call for a constitutional amendment that would overturn or nullify Citizens United and McCutcheon v. FEC.
