Demand the Resignation of ALL of Congress if they are unable to pass a federal budget within the next 45 days.

Congress having failed to perform their duties and provide for the good of the country...I demand that they ALL resign if unable to perform basic functions of their sworn office. If by 1 April 2013 they have not passed a FY13 Federal budget they should ALL be ask to kindly remove themselves from office and return to their home states.
