Since Mr. Obama has, on occasion, implemented laws without Congressional approval, and has taken it upon himself to cut funding for the U.S. military, and has a "lead from behind" philosophy regarding foreign affairs, we, the undersigned tax-paying citizens, demand the immediate resignation of Barack H. Obama as the President of the United States of America.
