Because of Chairwoman Schultz's poor management of the DNC she has cause massive damage to the president's party. Her bias , real and perceived, handling of the democratic primary process has caused deep rifts in the electorate. Her poor strategy decisions have also contributed to the loss of the house and the senate during her tenure making her a failure at her primary role of getting democrats elected. Since she has become such a divisive figure there is virtually no upside in having he continue in her role as chair of the DNC. We need an unbiased chair that a unified party can trust.
