This petition is for a request for the removal or resignation of Secretary of Veterans Affairs, Eric Ken Shinseki in his inability to resolve the backlog of Veteran Disability Claims.
This backlog has gone on too long to not be noticed, the VA is not being proactive, but reactive.
As General Shinseki predicted "something in the order of several hundred thousand soldiers" were needed for post war Iraq insurgency, this is an insurgency to wait.
This was a foreseen event that more military members were needed in OIF/OEF, and that more military members will file with the VA.
