Demand restitution from Iraq for the initial cost to the American taxpayers for prosecuting Iraq's invasion into Kuwait.

At the time of our initial invasion of Iraq, we warned Saddam Hussien that if he invaded Kuwait, we would be forced, by treaty, to engage Iraq on behalf of Kuwait and our oil interests in the area. Iraq disregarded that warning, assuming responsibility for whatever costs we might incur in prosecuting their action. A treaty was agreed upon consisting of the establishment of no fly zones and various other terms which were ignored and for other debatable reasons, we were forced to reenter Iraq for a longer, more protracted engagement. All of this has cost the taxpayers many billions of dollars. The citizens of the United States deserve remuneration either in cash or we should demand payment of half of there oil exports until paid in full, which would reduce our import costs dramatically.
